The Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA has a mobile spay/neuter program and they are offering free sterilization surgery in Pacifica, CA for low-income pet owners on the 2nd Saturday of each month at the parking lot adjacent to Little Brown Church, 1850 Francisco Blvd, Pacifica, CA
